Dr. Jugo is great, listens, thorough, and cares.

I would have liked to spend more time discussing test results and current status and strategies for working on improving the results. Also understanding what the results really mean.

Dr. Jugo listens and explains things very well. This is a good combination that makes a good, productive appointment. She really cares for her patients.

I was on the phone with her no longer than 60 seconds, she could not get me off the phone fast enough. She made me feel like me calling 10 days after I fell because I was still in pain was not worth her time. Was not nice at all, I was so upset after the phone call, I was in so much pain and she could not be bothered.

I believe my doctor is over worked too many patients to treat. You need to hire more doctors, maybe if we get lucky we will get a new administration in the Whit House to help the medical field with our medical providers!!!

Dr. Jugo is excellent. She is always friendly and cheerful. She always goes over my results with explanations and is always open to questions and concerns. I feel quite lucky to have her as my primary care physician.

We really appreciated her concerns of my issue.

Dr Jugo even gave me literature for my needs and set me up for a zoom meeting with a nutritionist.

First off I have recommended Dr. Jugo to others. Next. I feel she seems to be better on top of my needs than I am. Her approach is simple but extremely effective to understand.

Unfortunately, the history with this particular doctor is this I had a phone appointment during Covid and I was misdiagnosed with poison ivy when I had shingles. This resulted in me having to see another practitioner and get medicine that I had to take for longer period of time than I should've. The second practitioner For Doctor jugo mistake

Dr. Hugo is excellent! She knows my issues and she goes over everything clearly and patiently. She always makes me feel like my concerns are important and she never appears rushed with me.

Need to have a Nurse Practioner on call including weekends! BP can answer health issues and prescribe medications like a doctor.RN cannot prescribe medications when needed ASAP. Sorry we need NP not RN!!

I told my wife to change her primary physician to Dr Jugo.

Dr. JUGO was great but if I had to mention one thing, she seemed hurried, even when there weren't many patients waiting.

Well, 10 days later I'm still waiting for my pain medicine. I was told by the urgent care doctor to take two of my pain pills three times a day. This is a prescription I already had for my hip. So I did not ask him for more medicine. I used them as he told me and ran out. When I seen Dr. Jugo she only gave me two. Per day. I have gone to the emergency room twice. And one was recommended from a different doctor in the clinic. An urgent care was recommended over the phone by somebody in your clinic. What good is having a doctor. Just go to the urgent cares. It's getting to be a joke.

Very pleased with Dr. Jugo's care

She was concerned about my weight loss and had me have x-rays of my chest since I am an ex-smoker - no signs of cancer.

This was my yearly physical exam and I would have liked for the doctor to take more time. It felt a bit rushed.

I am not yet sure if I would recommend this doctor as I have just begun to see her. I have another appointment next month where we plan to review my history and medications. I would be happy to take another survery to provide an update.

The only reason I said 4 on the last question was that I have only seen Dr. Jugo one time.

Not very friendly. But also not rude. Appears to have an agenda to come In and out quickly. She didn't realize we had never met. Was so quick that if I did have concern I wouldnt feel confortable in interrupting to get a word in.

I did recommend one of my neighbors to Dr. Jug, however she was assigned to another provider. . But the good part is that my neighbor likes her new provider.

Even though it was just going to take time for me to feel better, Dr Jugo did everything she could to make me comfortable, including checking on me the next few days after my appointment

Dr. Jugo and Dr. White are excellent doctors that care about their patients. Both doctors on 2 different occasions have saved my life from possible death because of a kidney failure which they both caught by making sure I went for my blood test when they wanted me to go. Their follow up procedures by both doctors saved my life.

Not to caring in and out office

Dr Jugo has been wonderful. I have been a long time patient of Healthcare Partners and then Optum and I have worked with several Doctors through my time. Dr Jugo is kind and a good listener and so knowledgeable and gives me the most professional guidance and opinion. I hope she stays for a long time!

The only issue was that Xrays were taken and it was 3 days before the Dr was able to get the xrays to confirm what we thought we already knew. That said the sling provided, did help me in the meantime and would have been the prescription if she could have read the xrays sooner. We also would have been able to schedule the appointment with the orthopedic doctor 3 days sooner if she could have read the xrays.

I feel very well taken care of.

I have visited this provider before and chose another Doctor in the office as my primary provider. As usual she swept in, took a look at my rash and described it as general dermatitis. I HAD already determined that. I was then told "it was up to me to figure out the source", she precribed an ointment and was out of the room. My husband (his first visit with me to her) remarked, "she's Optum's version of a Valley Girl". He now understood my displeasure with her after my Initial visit, a physical. Nearly every Issue I raised was met with, "it's aging". IT IS NOT SIMPLY Aging ! My chronological age is NOT indicative of who I am, thanks to my lifestyle and activity level and even thanks to my physical condition/appearance. And It Is due to a lot of work and effort as well as a healthy and youthful mindsiet. I have worked hard to attain this level of health. After that visit, I could not return to her care. But this appt was necessary to facilitate a working vacation.

As I said directly to the doctor during my appointment, I am very comfortable with her and that's very important. Impressed with her professionalism AND courteous conversation

Dr. HUGO spent less than 5 minutes with me. I was in for a pain I was having with my left ear. She checked both ears which were clear and that was it. Very little interest or concern of what the pain could be. No offer of any resolution other than it could be my jaw. I went home with pain still in ear.

Dr Jugo was nice but at this point I wouldn't recommend anyone. I had my ultrasound and was referred to Allsafe. It's been a week and they have not received my results after Dr Jugo called me the same day or within minutes after my ultrasound which showed the urgency

Again, 20 minutes goes by quickly......no allegiance to the patient. Dr. Jugo was awesome; but healthcare in California stinks/horrible !!!!!
